Slide Child Enrichment provides a voice and a path forward for local children who have experienced abuse and neglect. We do this through our services and resources run by highly trained and dedicated volunteers and staff, with a children-first approach, free of charge for local families. We serve over 1,000 children each year through our Child Advocacy Center (CAC), which provides forensic interviews, therapy, family advocacy, and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program; helping over 24,500 local children since 1978. Learn More Slide Let's Create Together's mission is to provide low-income families with the support they need to thrive through chronic illness. We seek to provide holistic care for children with sickle cell and their families and envision a world of equitable accessible care. We’re working towards a world where young children know there is a community supporting them and they are not defined by their illness. Learn More Slide God’s Lovely Butterflies are the helping hands in the community by providing free diapers, wipes, baby items, formula, and shelter. We are a non-profit organization established in 2010 by Darlene Kearney, who had a desire to help Mothers in need. Learn More Slide Kyler's Kicks is a teen-founded and teen-inspired nonprofit. We focus on healing through giving while spreading kindness. Kyler's Kicks has given away over 39,000 pairs of shoes and offers the only free teen mental health lounge in Nevada. Learn More Slide EmpowHERment is a women's empowerment community center committed to helping women rise. Our mission is to empower all women by fostering the skills and resources needed to obtain self-sufficiency in finances, mental/emotional wellness, and the cultivation of relationships. Learn More Slide S.A.D.E.’s Hope, Inc provides awareness, information, and prevention of teen dating abuse and domestic violence for victims and survivors between the ages of 12-30. We were founded on the vision and belief that every person has the right to be safe, empowered, and free from violence and the fear of violence. We seek to help eliminate domestic/intimate partner violence and other related social problems. Learn More Slide One by One Ministries mentor and educate new moms to parent well so that children thrive! We equip volunteers from local churches to mentor expectant parents or parents with brand new babies, and match our trained mentors with moms who are asking for help! Our mentors provide quality personalized ministry for each family that educates, empowers, and transforms the lives of parents with the vision that all moms will accept God's love so that their children flourish. Learn More Slide At Grace's Table, we walk alongside teen moms from isolation to community and support them as they reach their full potential. Every mama is in need of different resources, and we help meet these needs through education investment, parenting play, adolescent transitions, career confidence, and spiritual exploration. We see the worthiness inside of every single mama so we enable them to see worthiness within themselves. Learn More Slide Journey4ward responds to the emotional needs of victims of crime and provides peer support for mothers who have lost children to violence. We offer FREE counseling and EMDR therapy to victims along with crime victim support services like judicial process support, crime victims compensation support, and support groups, at no cost to the victim. We are committed to providing resources to victims that will support them through the journey of grief and loss. Learn More Slide Hagar’s Heart was founded to support women in crisis, connect women in a community, and inspire women to rediscover how they are seen, valued, and loved. We provide an I See You Box, filled with self-care items, to local domestic violence shelters. We also support any needs the shelters may have so we can help support personal growth and encourage women to see their worth and know they are loved beyond circumstances. Learn More Slide The Sharing Place is a grief support center serving youth ages 3-18 and their family. Family members can be placed in groups that best meet their interests. We fulfill our mission to “provide a safe and caring environment for grieving children, teens, and their families to share their feelings while healing themselves.” Learn More Slide The mission of Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence (NDS) is to end domestic violence at the moment and for all time – creating paths for survivors from crisis to safety, stability, and self-sufficiency. We provide a continuum of services to more than 2,300 adults and children annually via Survivor-Defined Advocacy and our Crisis Hotline that responds to more than 14,500 calls annually. NDS also advances practices in addressing systemic issues and community norms that perpetuate domestic abuse. Learn More Slide After a life that included crime, drugs, and prison, Pamela founded Realizing Life Inc. in 2010 after experiencing an epiphany. Today, Pamela is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, and Minister. Through Realizing Life Inc., she hopes to instill courage and motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle through Alcohol and Drug Education, Individual and Group counseling, and more. Learn More Slide Love That Surpasses provides Ministry Outreach and Bags of Hope to families that receive a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome. Our goal is to establish a Counseling Program for decided as well as undecided families and gift special needs adoption grants. This is in order to promote how valued, loved, and worthy we ALL are in His love that surpasses our knowledge. Learn More Slide Mothers Helping Mothers (MHM) has been providing needy families with basic necessities, from clothing to baby equipment, and resources, free of charge, for over 30 years. To date, MHM helped over 50,000 of the neediest families in our community, representing struggling single mothers and approximately 145,000 children. MHM is passionate about bridging the gap of poverty by supporting families in need and fostering resiliency, self-sufficiency, and family stability. Learn More Slide iRiseup, Inc. is dedicated to reach, teach and support communities in Virginia with a variety of behavioral health issues to achieve help and hope through peer support services to rehabilitate lives and rebuild communities. We provide evidence-based Peer Recovery Supports for recovering individuals with Mental Health challenges and homelessness. Learn More Slide HeartBound Ministries provides programs and resources to meet the needs of the prison community -- correctional staff, inmates, and their families -- changing the culture from one of crime and incarceration to hope and restoration. HeartBound believes that a prison system can be more than just a place where people "serve time." We believe a prison system can be a place where lives are healed, transformed, and restored. Learn More Slide Founded in 2011, Fear 2 Freedom (F2F) has a mission of helping restore hope and dignity to survivors of sexual assault while empowering students and communities to combat sexual violence. We provide students with innovative educational programs that are service-oriented in an effort to end sexual assault. We’ve distributed more than 26,000 F2F kits that are a “gift of hope” to these survivors by providing basic needs like clothes and toiletries. Learn More Slide Find Your Anchor (FYA) is a grassroots movement aimed at suicide prevention, awareness, and education. With creativity and a personal touch, FYA aims to support those who may be struggling and de-stigmatize conversations surrounding suicide and mental health - all with the help of our little blue boxes. Learn More Slide Myles’ Message empowers parents by providing accurate resources and a supportive community so that their child with Down syndrome may reach their fullest potential so they may thrive. We have 3 active projects: The Imprint Project; The Mylestone Project and The Congratulatory Project.
