4. Be Honest
While honesty isn’t always the path of least resistance, people will respect you for it in the long run. For me, that meant being real with my clients about their list price, even at the risk of offending the seller. It meant being willing to walk away from over-priced listings. Being honest and authentic is more important than making a sale.
Good for you. Other than #1, I’m not sure if you have ranked them in order of importance. If they are, then I would put “Be Honest” as #2. As a professional real estate appraiser, I have found that being honest with your clients might not be the most comfortable or easy thing to do but “Honesty” is probably one of the main reasons that they are my client.
